INFANT CARE
(Under 2 Years)
Our infant care program in Ermington provides a safe, calm and nurturing environment for children under 2 years of age. We focus on building secure relationships, supporting each baby’s individual needs, and creating a strong foundation for early development.
We follow flexible routines tailored to each child’s sleep, feeding, and comfort needs, ensuring babies feel secure and well supported throughout the day. Our infant rooms include dedicated areas for rest, play and exploration, along with opportunities for outdoor experiences in a safe environment.
Through gentle play, sensory experiences and responsive interactions, our educators support children’s early development, including physical, language, social and emotional growth. TODDLER CARE
(2-3 YEARS)
Our toddler program in Ermington supports children as they develop independence, confidence and social skills in a safe and nurturing environment.
We provide a consistent daily routine that includes free play, guided learning experiences, group times for music and language, and outdoor exploration. This structure helps toddlers feel secure while encouraging curiosity and active learning.
Our educators support each child’s social and emotional development, helping them build relationships, understand boundaries and develop self-regulation skills. Through play-based learning, we support physical development, language, creativity and early problem-solving.

PRESCHOOL CARE
(3-5 YEARS)
Through play-based learning, children build important skills in communication, problem-solving, social interaction and self-help, preparing them for a successful transition to school.
Transition to School Program
- We support children and families through the transition to school with a structured and gradual approach. Our educators build children’s confidence by encouraging independence, promoting positive attitudes towards school, and providing opportunities for discussion and reassurance.
- School readiness is embedded in everyday learning through practical experiences such as lunchbox routines, group learning, responsibility tasks, and independence skills, rather than through a short-term program.
- We work closely with families to support each child’s transition to school. Our service offers school-readiness information sessions and guidance on supporting your child’s development at home.
- Educators prepare the NSW Transition to School Statement in partnership with families, providing valuable information to your child’s future school to support a confident start.
- We celebrate children’s achievements through a graduation event at the end of the year, recognising their growth and marking this important transition in their learning journey.
- As children reach three years of age and begin to come into their own, it is important that they have time and space to explore their independence in a safe and supportive environment. We support the development of autonomy and a positive attitude towards learning.
